Application process steps are the same for all Big Four Audit Firms, and are as follows:
Step 1. Preliminary selection based on CVs, Cover Letters, Application Forms
Your main goal at this stage is to make sure your CV does not go to trash. This is achieved by making your CV concise, up-to-point and professionally outlined. Our experience indicates that even weak candidates get past this stage of selection process by submitting excellent CV/Cover Letter/Application Form.
Step 2. Tests: Numerical, verbal, accounting and financial statements, English (if applicable)
Tests vary slightly from company to company. Following successful passing the tests HR employee will contact you to arrange first interview.
Step 3. Interview with HR
The purpose of this interview is to check overall adequacy of candidate, his/her motivation and also level of English speaking proficiency.
Step 4. Interview with Audit Manager
The purpose of this interview is to check professional knowledge of candidate in accounting and financial statements, as well as understanding of the firm’s values and corporate culture.
Step 5. Interview with second Audit Manager/ Senior Manager
This interview has the same purposes as the previous one and is aimed only for increased objectivity of the selection process.
Step 6. Job-offer
You receive job-offer with details on your compensation level, benefits and start date!
